Store Policies
Payment Methods:
- Credit Cards: We accept Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
- Company Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Bank Transfers: We accept these forms of payment. If paying by company check, please allow 10 days for the check to clear.
- International Customers: Please contact us to pre-arrange shipping and payment methods.
- California Residents are required to pay 8.75% Sales Tax.
- Tax Exempt customers: please contact us prior to purchasing.
Shipping:
- Domestic Shipping: Our primary domestic shipping vendor is UPS. We ship within One (1) business day of receiving payment. We will e-mail you the UPS tracking number as your order is being fulfilled.
- APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes: We currently don't ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes.
- International Shipping: Our Primary international shipping vendor is Seko Worldwide (www.sekoworldwide.com). We will e-mail you the tracking number as your order is being fulfilled. Please contact us or Seko for a quote to your country.
- International Delivery: We are not responsible for import fees, duty, customs or taxes that you may be charged when you take delivery of your items. Please consult your local government import office with any questions.
Terms & Conditions:
- All products being sold are pre-owned or refurbished, unless otherwise stated.
- Our products come with a 60-Day Parts Replacement Warranty.
- RMA number is required for all returns.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
- Buyer will be charged 15% restocking fee for returning a non-defective, undamaged product.
- Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within 7 days of receipt of product.
